Returns made for incorrect supply, short supply, goods damaged in transit or any discrepancies with regards to an invoice:
Orders should be checked upon receipt and claims must be made within two (2) days of the delivery date.
Tint will arrange return shipping and replacement of the affected items for free. Where possible, it is requested that the you, the customer, document any damage or issues by taking photos of the items in their original packaging.
Returns made for change of mind:
Returns must be processed within 100 days of the order being received.
Return shipping to Tint's Melbourne warehouse in Fitzroy, VIC 3065 is to be arranged and paid for by the customer. We recommend that you return the product via Registered Post and require that you pre-pay all postage. You assume any risk of lost, stolen or damaged goods during transit and therefore we advise you insure your parcel. Tint will not be responsible for parcels lost, stolen or damaged in transit if not insured.
Original shipping fees are non-refundable.
Paint – All cans of paint from our Tint colour range that are unopened, unused and in their original condition and packaging can be returned. These returns are subject to a $10 restocking fee per can.
Accessories – Any accessories that are unused, unopened and in their original condition and packaging can be returned.
Sticker Samples – All sticker samples are final sale and non-refundable.
Pico – A Pico that is unopened, unused and in it's original condition and packaging can be returned.
Custom Colour Paint – Because custom colours are mixed uniquely just for you, we can’t take returns based on change of mind or incorrect ordering. But, of course, if for any reason you’re not satisfied with your custom colour, please get in touch and our Customer Success team will find a solution.
For orders that benefitted from volume-based pricing discounts, the refund amount will be determined by adjusting quantities that could result in the removal of those volume-based discounts.
To be eligible for an exchange or refund you must be a full paying customer. If you did not purchase the items, you are not eligible for an exchange or refund. A receipt or valid proof of purchase is also required.
All refunds will be processed to the original form of payment. Refunds should be received within 5-10 business days after Tint receives and processes the return.
