Quick Bedroom Refresh

From snooze to glam in one day
24 April 2026

One of the quickest (and cheapest) ways to create a big impact — here’s some inspiration for achieving a light and bright bedroom refresh.

Fresh and Bright

Sometimes a simple refresh is all you need! Try our most popular white So Fresh and So Clean — you cannot go wrong here. This white is bright and neutral, with no hidden undertones, making it a no-fail hue that will bring light into your space without feeling cool or stark.

Soft, Warm Whites

For a softer look, try one of our warm whites Old School or C.R.E.A.M. — these are both soft, natural-looking whites that are warm-toned without appearing too yellow or pink. Using a warm white will soften your space but still keep it bright. Warm whites are the perfect choice to pair with natural finishes like wood floors and furniture. We recommend matching the white of your ceiling to the warm white you choose for your walls.

Cosy Beige Bedrooms

Dip your toes into the world of coloured walls with a soft, warm beige. This will give your bedroom an extra cosy feel — just like a gentle hug in room form. For maximum effect, try colour drenching your bedroom by using the colour not just on the walls, but on the skirting and ceilings too. As seen below with Couch Potato in the lovely Fler House. Our other favourite beiges include Fika and Family Album.

The Great Greiges

Create the perfect neutral background with our soft greige hues. Sitting between a beige and a grey, these hues are neither too warm nor too cool, providing the perfect backdrop that will likely go with everything already in your room.

A Pop of Pastel

Want to try a little colour? A half wall is a great way to play with colour without having to over-commit. See below two of our most popular pastel hues — Inner Self and Dawn Patrol — these hues liven up a space without being too dominant.
